Our durable leather goods are unlined, featuring the natural suede side of the hide. Because leather is a natural material, slight color and batch variations are normal. Factors like hide age, season, and dye absorption can all affect the final shade, making each piece uniquely yours.
Our leather is incredibly easy to care for. With time and use, the natural oils in the leather will rise to the surface, developing a beautiful patina and smoothing any scuffs or scratches that may have accumulated. Learn more about caring for your new leather product.
Full Grain: Meticulously sourced from the finest hides, this premium material boasts unique textures and character, showcasing nature's artistry at its best. As time passes, watch as its surface develops a unique patina, telling your personal journey through the years. Unlike processed leathers, full grain leather stands the test of time, due to its unmatched strength and resilience. Its dense fibers offer exceptional resistance to wear, cuts, and moisture, our full grain leather ensures lasting beauty that only gets better with age.
Top Grain: Top-grain starts from the same premium zone of the hide but is lightly sanded and finished for a more uniform surface. That light correction softens and evens the face while keeping most of the strength you want. Takes pigment and protective finishes beautifully, which helps with colorfastness and stain resistance. Ages gracefully, especially when we keep the finish thin enough to let the leather breathe and break in.
We use top-grain when a smoother cosmetic is the goal—think color consistency across large panels—without walking away from the core strength you expect from a Portland bag.
Pebbled: Unlike most brands that use artificial stamping methods to create patterns, our pebbled leather is achieved through a natural tumbling process. The distinctive raised, pebble-shaped texture adds sophistication and makes a bold statement wherever you go. But it's not just about looks—pebbled leather is built to last. Worried about daily wear and tear? Don’t be! The unique pebbled surface ages gracefully, developing a natural patina that will evolve for years to come!
Suede: Our suede leather begins with an intricate process: the hide is split to separate the soft underside from the top layer. This top layer is then tanned, buffed, sanded, and dyed to create the signature velvety texture that defines high-quality suede. Naturally slouchy and pliable, suede leather ages gracefully, developing a rich patina that tells its own story over time. Most natural imperfections are gently smoothed away during production, while subtle traces—like healed veining and the soft, napped surface—are preserved to celebrate the leather’s unique character and charm.
Because leather is a natural material, slight color and batch variations are normal. Factors like hide age, season, and dye absorption can all affect the final shade—making each piece uniquely yours.

Love - “work” purse peace!
by: Becky B.
I am incredibly happy with my black pebbled laptop backpack. The quality is phenomenal. The inside fits my huge work laptop, my large 8.75x11.25 planner, my legal pad, and papers. The outside pocket fits writing utensils, my ear buds, etc. I finally found the bag that looks great, and is functional for to and from my office every day. I adore it! It’s comfortable, stylish, and does exactly what I need it to do!
My go to bag.....
by: Ashley F.
The laptop backpack has become my favorite bag, hands down. I now own 5 - I use them daily for work & play. The last one I added to my collection was the Lava and it is amazing! So glad I snagged one while I could!
Amazing bag with more room than I imagined
by: Helene D.
This bag has a slim profile which is its best feature. It hugs the body for a low profile look. The Molino Blue color is stunning and I appreciate the thickness of the arm straps. It will fit my 13 inch MacBook Air with a ton of room (definitely room for a 15 inch MacBook or 16 inch laptop). The outer zip pocket is the perfect size for a phone or wallet. This bag is a perfect example that sometimes simple is better.
Excellent Leather Laptop Bag
by: Cassie S.
Excellent quality and reasonably priced. It’s roomy enough for my MAC, charger, wallet, keys, and other small essentials. Look no further, this is the perfect bag.
Perfect for mobile office
by: Leeann A.
I love the laptop backpack so much. I walk 2 miles to work and it fits my 16” MacBook Pro, taco for chargers, eclipse makeup bag and a bifold wallet. The quality is great and I will carry this for years.
Squishy Cosmo
by: Monique W.
I am in love with this bag! I had it in Foxglove but it was a little bit stiff for me. This pebbled Cosmo is perfect! It adapts to what I pack in it and feels great. Definitely recommend any pebbled bag 🎒
Great laptop backpack!
by: Rebecca R.
This laptop backpack is so versatile! When I first got it I really was worried that it wasn’t going to be enough room to carry all of the things that I needed to carry. However, it carries my laptop my charging cord, A notebook and a planner. With enough room that if I needed to throw a wallet or my phone in there I could throw those in there as well! Love this bag
Lovely Lava
by: Cathleen
Lava is beautiful. I mainly ordered the laptop in lava because I already have a toaster in a different color and I wanted to try a new style in this color. I gasped when I opened the box. It has amazing subtle pull-up. It looks so much better in real life. I have an older 2012 15in MacBook Pro - it does fit without a sleeve. Front pocket is great for Kindle Paperwhite (unsure of model). Intend to use bag for my Bookclub and maybe day trips/hiking. I prefer not to use backpacks in major cities bc of security of my belongings. I am very pleased with this purchase. It also compliments my sunflower littles! I’m now eyeing other styles in Lava because it is an amazing color!
Amazing backpack
by: Ashton D.
I love this backpack it makes me feel so professional. It’s beautiful and durable. I feel like my laptop is safe in this backpack.
Gorgeous!!!

The laptop bag is beautiful. Loving the Lava color and it’s a good size for a laptop. Very stylish too
LOOOOVE THIS BAG
by: Morgan L.
This bag! 😍 So soft, the perfect size, fits my 13 inch MacBook Air with ease. Nice and slim so I don’t overpack it but totally has room for the essentials and doesn’t look too large on me (I’m 5’3 so many laptop backpacks do). The Honey color is perfection, exactly what I was looking for. Laptop in photo next to it for size reference.
