Why do you use leather with prominent character marks in the first place?
We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. That being said, rest assured that none of these "imperfections" will impact the functionality of the bag in any way!
What if I don't love my Almost Perfect bag?
Everything from our Almost Perfect collection (excluding Mystery Box bundles) falls under our usual return policy. For more detailed information, visit our Returns page.
Please note that our pebbled leather, like all of our leather, is a natural product. You may notice changes in grain or texture throughout your bag. Other companies artificially press a pebble texture into their leather. However, the pebbling of our leather is achieved naturally through an extra tumbling process which leaves some areas of the hide smoother than others.

Took me a while to decide on which Mystery Box to buy. I went with this one because I wanted to try the Belle, but I couldn't decide which color to go with. Looks like PLG had my back. I lucked out with a Madison color I've never tried and the size Madison I prefer, and a holy unicorn Belle! At first, I wasn't sure about this Drakara. It look like it was going to be incredibly stiff. It is so butter soft and the inside shade is gorgeous! Some lovely fall colors in the Littles. I couldn't be happier!
