Why do you use leather with prominent character marks in the first place?
We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. That being said, rest assured that none of these "imperfections" will impact the functionality of the bag in any way!
What if I don't love my Almost Perfect bag?
Everything from our Almost Perfect collection (excluding Mystery Box bundles) falls under our usual return policy. For more detailed information, visit our Returns page.
Please note that our pebbled leather, like all of our leather, is a natural product. You may notice changes in grain or texture throughout your bag. Other companies artificially press a pebble texture into their leather. However, the pebbling of our leather is achieved naturally through an extra tumbling process which leaves some areas of the hide smoother than others.

This is a great bag! The straps have some cushion in them which make it very comfortable to carry. The outside pocket is perfect for my phone. The silhouette is very slim and comfortable under the arm. Can carry a ton or just a little. Great bag!

The Rowan wasn’t on my radar but decided to try it. Ordered in Sienna, medium size. She is thick, chunky and gorgeous! Shoulder strap is so comfortable and stays on my shoulder. She’s a stunner!

The Rowan is one of my favorite bags PLG makes. Both sizes are great, no matter your needs. The flap flips up out of the way perfectly when you need to get to your things. I like both sizes for every day, just depends on my mood. The strap is great and stays put. The best part is the pocket on the back for my phone and lip gloss.
